At each step there are videos that go through what you need to go through and also some text that specifies if there is anything you should pay extra attention to. So read carefully before you get started!

IMPORTANT information to prepare for the process
To ensure that you are well prepared and that the process takes as little time as possible from your day-to-day life, please be aware of the following before we begin the process.
- Have a valid passport! (Must be valid for at least 1 year after departure)
- Be well prepared for the tests, assignments and applications that need to be completed during the process so that it doesn't fall on top of travel, final exams, etc.
- Before you book your summer vacation! The embassy offers interviews between May and August and will hold your passport for up to 10 days while they process your visa application.
- It's important that you read everything we send and let us know if you encounter any problems or have trouble meeting a deadline.
- Always reach out to us if you are in doubt about anything!
